  • All garments are made to order unless otherwise stated. 
  • Please allow approximately 14 working days (excl weekends and public/bank holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. During busier periods lead times may be extended but you will be notified of this change.
  • When ordering form our social media platforms all invoices must be paid within 48hrs. Failure to do this will result in us cancelling your order.
  • We follow all relevant up-to-date safety guidelines when processing and making your order.
  • We do not accept any liability for accidents and injuries that may occur if items are misused or used for a purpose of which they are not intended.
  • We do not accept any liability for damage or deterioration of clothing/accessories where care instructions have not been correctly followed.
  • Plastic Kam snaps are used in some of our products- these are NOT toys and are a potential choking hazard if misused. Be mindful.
  • All sizing is approximate and not always comparable to generic size charts.
  • Returns/refunds/exchanges are not accepted on custom orders due to the nature of the sale unless items are faulty on arrival.
  • We accept returns/refunds and exchanges on all 'in-stock' items within a 28 day period if items are in their original unworn condition- please email us to arrange.
